Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Our Dispute System

GGGamingStore provides a structured dispute resolution process for transaction issues. Our team reviews evidence submitted by both the buyer and seller and makes a decision based on platform policies and the specific facts of each case.

2. Valid Dispute Reasons

  • Item Not Received — You paid but the seller never delivered
  • Wrong Item Delivered — The item received is different from the listing
  • Not As Described — The item significantly differs from the listing description
  • Incorrect Credentials — Login details provided do not work
  • Account Recovered — The seller reclaimed the account after sale
  • Seller Unresponsive — Seller does not respond or deliver within a reasonable time

3. Invalid Dispute Reasons

The following are NOT valid reasons to open a dispute:

  • Buyer's remorse — you simply changed your mind
  • Found a cheaper price elsewhere
  • Item was correctly delivered but you no longer want it
  • Game publisher banned the account months after purchase (see Risk Disclaimer)
  • In-game items lost through normal gameplay

Opening a dispute with an invalid reason may result in the dispute being rejected and your account being flagged for dispute abuse.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatic. They are only issued when a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor. Possible outcomes:

  • Full Refund — Item never delivered, wrong item, or account recovered by seller. Buyer receives full purchase price back. Seller does not receive payment.
  • Partial Refund — Item partially matches description but has significant differences. A fair portion is returned to the buyer, and the seller keeps the rest.
  • Release to Seller — Item was delivered as described or the dispute was found to be invalid. Seller receives full payment.
  • Rejected — Dispute was found to be false, abusive, or the buyer did not cooperate. No refund. Your account may be penalized for false disputes.

5. Evidence Requirements

To help us make a fair decision, please provide:

  • Screenshots of conversations with the other party
  • Screenshots or video of login errors / incorrect credentials
  • Proof of payment (PayPal receipt, bank statement, etc.)
  • Any relevant timestamps or communication records

Without evidence, disputes are significantly harder to resolve in your favor.

6. Response Timelines

Both parties are expected to respond to dispute messages within 48 hours. If an involved party does not respond within 72 hours, the dispute may be resolved based on the available evidence only, which may result in an unfavorable outcome for the non-responsive party.

7. Chargeback Abuse

Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider while also opening a dispute on GGGamingStore is considered chargeback abuse. Consequences include:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Forfeiture of any pending escrow or wallet balance

If you have a transaction issue, use our dispute system first. It is faster and keeps your account in good standing.

8. No Guaranteed Refunds

GGGamingStore does not promise or guarantee a refund in every case. Each dispute is reviewed individually. We do not offer blanket return policies or "money-back guarantees" beyond what our dispute resolution process determines is fair based on the evidence.
