Transaction Security

  • All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal)
  • We never store your credit card details
  • All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted with SSL/TLS

Recognizing Scams

  • GGGamingStore will never ask for your password via email or chat
  • All transactions must go through the platform — never pay sellers directly outside the marketplace
  • Report suspicious users or listings using the Report button

If Your Account Is Compromised

  1. Change your password immediately
  2. Contact support through a ticket or email
  3. We can temporarily freeze your account to prevent unauthorized transactions

If you encounter suspicious activity, use the "Report" button on listings or user profiles. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
