What Is Escrow?

Escrow is a secure holding system where the buyer's payment is held by GGGamingStore until the transaction is completed successfully. This prevents either party from being scammed.

How It Works

When a Buyer Pays:

  1. The payment is processed
  2. The seller's portion (listing price minus platform fee) is placed in escrow
  3. The buyer receives their order (instant or manual delivery)

When Delivery Happens:

  1. Buyer checks the delivered item
  2. If satisfied, buyer confirms delivery
  3. Escrow funds are released to the seller's settlement pending balance

If There Are Issues:

  1. Buyer contacts seller through order chat
  2. If unresolved, buyer can open a dispute (12 hours after delivery)
  3. Our moderation team reviews the case
  4. Escrow funds are held until resolution

Auto-Complete Protection

If the buyer does not manually confirm or dispute an order within 3 days of delivery, the order auto-completes and funds are released to the seller automatically.

Settlement Hold

After escrow release, funds are held for an additional 7 days in settlement pending before becoming available for withdrawal. This protects against payment chargebacks.
