Step 1: Browse the Marketplace
Navigate to the marketplace homepage or use the search bar to find the game and account type you want.
Step 2: Review Listing Details
Click any listing to view the full details including:
- Account level, rank, and stats
- Price breakdown (listing price + buyer protection fee)
- Delivery type (instant or manual)
- Seller rating and reviews
Step 3: Click Buy Now
Once you have found the right listing, click "Buy Now" to reserve it. The listing is initially reserved for 15 minutes while you complete payment. For Stripe checkout, the reservation may be extended according to the applicable checkout expiry flow.
Step 4: Complete Payment
Choose your preferred payment method:
- Stripe — Credit/debit card
- Xendit QRIS — QR code payment
- Wallet — Use your GGGamingStore balance. You can pay entirely from your wallet, or combine your wallet balance with Stripe for the remainder.
Step 5: Receive Your Order
For instant delivery, account credentials appear immediately on your order page after payment, and you receive an email notification confirming your order is ready. For manual delivery, the seller will process and deliver your order.
Step 6: Confirm Delivery
After checking that everything works, click "Confirm Delivery" to release funds to the seller and complete the transaction.
