What is GGGamingStore? GGGamingStore is a marketplace where gamers buy and sell gaming accounts, in-game items, currency, and boosting services. Every transaction is protected by our escrow system.

Is GGGamingStore safe to use? Card payments are processed through Stripe. GGGamingStore does not directly collect or store your card details. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted with SSL/TLS, and seller funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery.

What games are supported? We support Mobile Legends, Valorant, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Steam, Roblox, Call of Duty, and many more.

How do I contact support? Submit a support ticket from the Support Center or email support@gggamingstore.com.

Account Questions

How do I reset my password? Click Login → Forgot Password and enter your email. We will send you a password reset link.

Can I change my email address? Yes, go to Dashboard → Settings to update your email address.

Can I have multiple accounts? Each person should have one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or bypass restrictions is prohibited.

Buying & Payment Questions

How do I buy a gaming account? See the How to Buy a Gaming Account guide for the full buying process.

What payment methods are accepted? Stripe (credit/debit cards), Xendit QRIS, and Wallet balance. PayPal and Crypto are not currently available as purchase payment methods.

Can I deposit funds into my wallet? Wallet top-ups are not currently available. Your wallet balance is funded by completed sales and refunds. The minimum withdrawal is $5.00. See the How the Wallet System Works article for details.
