Your Wallet

Your wallet is where all financial transactions are tracked. You have multiple balance types:

Available Balance

Funds available for immediate withdrawal or use in purchases. This is your primary spendable balance.

Bonus Balance

Promotional credits and platform bonuses. Can be used for purchases but cannot be withdrawn.

Escrow Balance

Funds held in escrow during active orders. These funds will be released to your available balance after the buyer confirms delivery or after the auto-complete period.

Settlement Pending

Funds released from escrow but held for a settlement period (7 days) before becoming available for withdrawal. This protects against chargebacks and disputes.

Balance Lifecycle

  1. Order Created → Payment held in escrow
  2. Buyer Confirms → Escrow released to Settlement Pending
  3. 7-Day Settlement → Funds move to Available Balance
  4. Withdrawal Requested → Funds deducted, pending admin approval
  5. Admin Approved → Payout sent to your payment method
