Required Documents
- Government-Issued ID — Passport, driver's license, or national ID card. The document must be valid and clearly show your name, photo, and date of birth.
- Selfie Photo — A clear photo of yourself holding your ID document next to your face.
Photo Requirements
- High resolution, well-lit photos
- All text on ID must be readable
- No filters or editing
- File format: JPG, PNG, or WebP
- Maximum file size: 10MB
Processing Time
KYC submissions are reviewed by our team after they are submitted. You will be notified when your verification status is updated.

- Blurry or unreadable documents
- Expired ID documents
- Mismatched names between ID and application
- Edited or filtered photos
Document Storage and Access
Your KYC documents are stored in a dedicated, non-public storage area, separate from public files. They are only accessible to authorized staff for verification purposes.
