What is Buyer Protection?

Every purchase on GGGamingStore includes our Buyer Protection program. A 3% buyer protection fee is added to your purchase total, covering you against:

  • Non-delivery of purchased items
  • Wrong or misrepresented items
  • Fraudulent listings

How the Escrow System Protects You

When you pay for an order, the seller's funds are held in escrow. The seller only receives payment after you confirm successful delivery. This ensures sellers have a strong incentive to deliver exactly what was promised.

What to Do If There Is an Issue

  1. Chat with the seller — Most issues can be resolved by messaging the seller through the order chat
  2. Wait for dispute window — The dispute option becomes available 12 hours after delivery
  3. Open a dispute — If the issue persists, open a dispute and our moderation team will review your case
  4. Provide evidence — Upload screenshots and documentation to support your claim
